Strategy I like for this is the classic huge overbet. Play super-tight and whenever you get a nice hand raise it rediculously.
A-K UTG...blinds 15-30 - I raise to 400-500. You'll get put all in by A-8.
A-A on the button with 6 limpers? All-in! You'll get called by at least 2 people.
Its too easy...... -
What other stratagizms do you guys like for this tourney?
-
Well sometimes, when I'm in poker contests, my strategizm is to like double up n shit. Then maybe later I try to get some more chips like when the blinds go up. Then after that I try winnin the whole shebangin jizzylickin thing!

I've been playing some of these lately, and by comparison the players in $10 SNGs are rocket scientists.
I agree to a large extent with the OP. Wait for a hand, bet it hard, and you'll get someone to pay you off.
I especially love some of the big talk by the big stacks. You look up their ROI on Sharkscope, and it's typically -20% or worse.
I like these mostly for their comedy value. It never fails to amaze me how stupid some people are. -
I've found that any time someone bets 2100 its a bluff
-
Yea I hate stupid people. Especially when they don't even realize how stupid they are.

^That, in itself, is stupid.
