add on button not working

    im playing on ultimate bet and im playing a few rebuy turnaments and when it gets time to add on i click double add on and it goes away but no chips for me it dont deduct any money from me just wont let me add on. i tried unistalling and restalling still no success. happen to anybody else before ? how u fix it

    Its because your tooo good dude, they cant be giving you all the chips. :) gl haha

    Actually it did happen to me a few days ago but i just signed off and back on real fast and it let me add on then.
