    Without info re the opponent's tendencies, it's difficult to offer exact advice here, other than to state that many players will take a shot against this sort of flop, especially when, or if, they believe you're capable of making a big laydown.

    What a horrible, horrible flop.

    It's tough because there is as much in the pot as he has in his stack, so your check could make him push on you even if he had a worse hand. (and lets face it, he called with that weak ass hand pre-flop so he is obviously a loose player).

    I guess in this situation, it just comes down to your gut feeling on whether or not you were winning when he pushed.

    You were wrong, but got lucky.
