Question mainly for the engineer but figure I would voice it to the community. Although im not fully educated on the hr 4976 bill, I think I have a general idea and it sounds like they are voting on it in mid July. Lets assume that it gets passed, and I believe part of it states that they dont want "Minors" "gambling" do we have any idea of what that age restriction might be? Im assuming 18 just because thats the age for the lottery, and if alcohol wasnt 21 im sure vegas wouldn't be either.
I realize that even if it gets passed the implementation wont be right away, but still wondering as to what sort of age restriction they might place on it?
