    hi all. was just wondering if anyone had some advice on purchasing an air card.

    i know that verizon works well in my area but i would most like to find one where i dont have to sign a 2 yr contract.

    i know that to get the special pricing you sign he contract but i would gladly pay full price to just have a month to month deal. thanks.

    maybe try Time Warner. not sure about a contract. I have At&T so i have a contract..

    Everyone is 2 year except Cricket as far as I know. In CA, Sprint's air cards are the best of the bunch. I use my Cricket card daily. It works. But don't plan on watching any video content...slow!!!

    Have or get a cell phone that can be tethered to your laptop and act as an aircard. Know blackberry will work and i-phone willl not. My daughter does this and no contract and 20 cheaper a month for data stream than my aircard from ATT. Kat
