Would anyone consider this a bad isolation. I'm trying to think about hand ranges more these days and AJs I would think could be a favorite against his shoving range here. Plus the blinds are high and I need to accumulate.

This seems like a borderline decision to me.
I have to believe this is a bad iso with your stack. You are calling almost 1/2 of your stack (if you lose without getting called behind), and while his range is somewhat wide, I don't think you are crushing it with blinds at 1,200.
You should be able to find better spots with a 20k stack.
However, if I was sitting there in your spot I can think of a lot fo reasons to talk myself into calling. I just am not sure if it is the 'correct' play. -
If I'm reading the HH right he is shoving from the cutoff. If so, I dont see how you can not iso here. Even if he has a tightish shoving range you are still ahead.
