Gay spot because we're both so deep.
This spot is pretty much read dependent, without reads I'm folding and I'm not happy about it at all.
What is your image?
How about the villians image? Is he defending his BB frequently?
Unless the villian is retarded (which is definitely possible), you're basically flipping against the hands that you're currently beating (Kxcc, QJcc), unless he freaked out w/ KQ/KJo.
He's playing his hand fast on a draw heavy board. If he's competent/thinking player, you're never in good shape here. If he check/shoved, I think his range is more weighted towards drawing hands. Here, he leads, gets raised and shoves, that's strong. He can still do that with the same hands he check/shoves with, but I'd argue that it narrows his range at least a little. -
I agree with everything elusive said, except I'm more likely to get it in with no reads.
I think your image is super important here, almost moreso than villain's. If you've only been showing down strong, you have to give him more credit for having something here.
If his image of you is just as vague as your image of him, I think you have a good chance of being ahead here. -
...well, about my image: when the blind was 50, I had 530 chips.. I had couple of shove and double up, and later I called a preflop raise from utg on the Button with 67s and I made a straight, so double up again... so basically I had a good run, with couple of showdowns....
MAcndosh : I seen two times double up with pp hit set, both times limp from early pos. lots of minibets after flop and no showdowns..
I couldnt decide he reraising with draw, or set... -
You've got a solid stack, so you could fold and wait for situations where you're more confident you're ahead.
I just have a bad habit of thinking like: AA is unlikely (as played), a flopped set or flopped two pair is unlikely mathematically.
If I think I'm ahead at the moment of action and I'm heads up, I'm willing to get it in. If he's making move with a draw and catches, ok - whatever. -
*threadjack*
Hey Cassette, did you get the PM I sent you? -
I'd lay it down in this spot. I'm not usually willing to risk my tourney life on TPTK unless I have a good read on the villain. Live to see another day i say.

I'd play better if I had someone telling me to fold more.
