i dont like how u played that at all
after his 3bet pf, Im calling JJ purely to crack his QQ+ range with a set. I would bet flop and if he raises me, I consider folding alot and move on -
this is not a better way to play it.

its prob a fold pre against a capable opponent. -

check the stack sizes.
Sure folding isn't a bad play but calling when the villian basically polarizes his range is ok too. -
actually
with the villians stack size, I think a fold is better
he's putting in about 18% of his stack, so he def has a hand.
If he had the same stack as hero, implied odds would garner me to call just for set and maybe a safe flop if villian has AK
