Last night in all three tournys I was in I kept running in to AA vs. QQ all-in preflop? Once was fine with me...but 3 times got to be a bit much. The question I have is, am I overplaying this hand? I know it is good, but should I be running in to AA this much with this hand? I know some of the situations and betting can tell me if I am beat, but am I just overplaying this hand, or getting unlucky? Thank you in advance and I hope to see you all at the final table.

To have QQ run into AA three times and lose is a classic case of bad luck and timing.
It depends on the situation, QQ is only the 3rd ranked hand so I am not sure why you are going ALL IN with it. At some point you have to learn to fold "what you think" is the best hand.
You can't win them all. -
Its kind of hard to tell whether you are overplaying it without more details. There are times where I find it very difficult to get away from QQ, (on the button when I raise, and someone comes over top from the blind, in the blinds when the button raises, etc.) and there are other times where I can lay it down very easily. (Multi way action with so much betting that someone might as well just show me those aces or Kings, or when a solid player re-re raises me.)

A big part of the question should be what stage of the tourny your in. I see alot of people in middle to late stages of a tourny get carried away pre-flop with QQ, somewhat forcing themselves to go with it no matter the action. Personally I dont bet QQ or JJ HEAVILY pre-flop so if someone come over the top...or flat calls..and bets big on the flop...I'm not losing THAT much if I feel I need to fold it. But if your betting BIG pre-flop..it makes it THAT much harder to let it go.
If its early in the tourny..I think you usually just have to go with it, unless you know the player wouldn't make a play with anything less than AA, KK or AK. If you think he has AK..and you bet "smaller" pre-flop...honestly I let it go. Thats the beauty of not getting carried away pre-flop. No reason to risk your tourny early on a "coin-flip"
But what do I know...i'm just a pizza man. -
I think you should agress early with QQ. Pre-flop, it is only beaten by two hands. By the time you hit the turn, your QQ is most likely dominated or up against a hand with many outs. The only time i wouldn't do this is early in a tournament.
but what do i know......im only fifteen
