    pos hacker making threats- do not talk to him- accidentally deleted convo but i called him out for being a hacker, andres and i never talk, he asked to talk and asked if i use visa or MC, i told him to fucking die, he said:
    sam you need to learn a lesson
    and u hate australia?

    everybody should immed. go change their password question to something completely random. I still use aim as most of you do and it not gonna become obsolete...so just take precautions.

    id save your buddy list and get a completely new aim SN. And have a different email account on that SN than on your poker accounts along with a random password question. ex: "what is your first name" answer: timtebow

    i believe it has nothing to do with password strength...but usually the security question

    and if it's not that, there's apparently a hole in the aim software that makes it real easy for hackers to attack you, which is why you shoudln't use aim software, but another one like pidgin or trillian.

    i dont think it matters what client you are using does it?
    i mean you are still using the aim server and the hackers can access your account through the aim website right?..

    My AIM email it's used only for AIM, it is not related to any poker site. I'm changing all my poker passwords as we speak, as well as my hotmail, skype, passwords. Also, I always leave the poker softwares open.

    Question: This means I can't use my old AIM account anymore? The hacker has changed the password it seems, and I can't access to it, but I'd like to recover my contacts.

    Can people please stop using AIM? It's absurdly hackable and you put all your contacts as risk for getting scammed. How many threads have you seen on here saying XXXX's Skype is hacked?

    Well, I recovered my AIM for 20 secs, and tried to reach Siola and Extravadanza, but got kicked off right away. I then went to change security question, password, and everytime I do, he gets control back right away. I don't know what I'm supossed to do now...

    Sigh Siola, that was me, except for the last line. He got control of it again. Everytime I change the password and security question he gets it back in 5 secs.

    yeah, the PLO HU was part of my message. I tried to say something he wouldn't know, but I'm out of it again. Very frustrating.

    How can I regain control of the email? Everytime I change passwords he gets it right away. Doubt it's a keylogger, or he'd sign in my other email accounts, right? The AIM one is not related with anything else, and that's the only thing he has opened AFAIK
