  4. Nah - UB can't advertise it that way, but it's okay for a newscaster to make a simple mistake. It's not like nudity occurred or anything.

  5. It's so funny they draw any distinction between the suffixes.

    They don't police the use of domain names except for .gov and I think .edu

    All domains is can be used in a commercial fashion, or not.

    It's utterly meaningless.

    The government does prohibit advertising of online poker sites -- the real money ones. The .NETs are the current work around along with the disclaimers that say "this is not a gambling site," etc...
