I just wanted to state for the record I think it is wonderful to see that UB is making a turn around. At one time I played on UB everyday and then got extremely frustrated and jumped ship and went to the competition. I do not know how many posts I have made here on pocket 5's and emails I sent to UB (however it was a bunch) just to realize they were falling on deaf ears. It now appears that UB is paying attention and for that I want to say thanks, I feel like I can go back to the place I really enjoy. I am very curious as to what UB's plans are to pump some life into 1, sit and go's (a killer step system would be great!).... 2, bigger buy in tournaments to be played online and... 3, bigger buy ins for the qualifiers for live events. I know players have made reference to poor customer support however before leaving the site after 2 years I never once had a problem with support, they were always very prompt and pleasant with any situation that I needed help with. I wish the best for UB in 2006 and hope my wife and I can have dinner with you again in Aruba.
