    What ever happened to "the professor" that can read your soul Howard Lederor? I never hear about this guy anymore. Does he play all the major events and just not go deep ever or what?

    About a week or so ago I decided to email full tilt to see if they're interested in sponsoring me for the Aussie Millions this year (lol selloutaments). This is the email I sent them:

    "I'm not sure this is the right email address for this, so if there's a
    better person to send this to please forward it to them.

    Hi, I'm Jimmy Fricke, and I took 2nd in the Aussie Millions tournament
    last year and received a large amount of television coverage. I'm
    coming back for all the tournaments this year, and was curious if Full
    Tilt would be interested in sponsoring me in some of the events or maybe
    the main event in exchange for wearing full tilt gear and maybe some
    other things. I'm unaffiliated with all sites right now and I have a
    bunch of friends coming to the tournament who are strong online
    tournament players who also have no affiliation. Let me know if you're

    I got a response a little bit later saying that they don't respond to every message about solicitations, blah blah blah, but they'll contact me if they're interested. This message just popped up in my inbox:

    "Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Full Tilt Poker.
    Unfortunately FTP does not take open solicitations from players wishing to
    join the team. It is an invite only process that does not have set
    standards or qualifications. In the future, if we are interested in
    adding you as a FTP representative we will contact you directly. We wish
    you the best of luck and we hope to see you at a final table soon.

    JD"

    I'm like okay, whatever, I had to expect it. I peruse the rest of the email and discover that this genius had included an email that Howard Lederer sent to him regarding his final decision. This is that email:

    "From: Howard Lederer
    Sent: Sat 11/3/2007 7:21 PM
    To: Robert H. Wolf; Ray Bitar
    Cc: Jason Newitt
    Subject: RE: Aussie Millions. (KMM4237266I19928L0KM)

    The guy's a freak and a very weird dude. He is also quite young. I think we should stay away.

    Howard

    My new email address is XXXX@XXXX.com. My "tiltware.com" address will not work soon. Please update my contact info accordingly. Thanks."

    It surprises me very little that Full Tilt has incompetent employees who could make this happen. Thanks Full Tilt, I won't be conducting business with you in the future even if you want me to.

    My email to Howard (at his new email no less) contained the above email plus:

    "You should probably tell your employees not to send out correspondence with you when they're rejecting an offer from someone. Seems like it'd be bad for business. Professionalism first, eh? Look forward to playing in your tournament."

    So, to sum up.

    Annie Douches brother looked like the biggest downer in that poker players doco from like 10 years ago he really did look like he had Downs syndrome but not to be mean but Jimmy wont ever be sponsored He'd have to have a massive schlong just to get noticed by any women.

    Howard Lederer's dad used to come into the bookstore I worked at and rearrange the shelves so that all his books (on the English language, puns, etc.) were facing out. What a presumptuous prick. We'd wait for him to leave and "fix" the shelves so his books got the minimal exposure they deserved.
