    I just listened to the pokerroad interview. (http://www.pokerroad.com/ )

    where you claim this brainwash guy has been trying to blackmail UB.

    Can you explain why the big name players have cash transactions with the fraudulent accounts?

    If you can comment on someone who is trying to blackmail the company you surely can comment on the evidence he provides.

    Whether or not the poster was trying to blackmail the company has no bearing on truth or untruth of the postings themselves.

    Annie, AP and UB are owned by the same people, correct? Phil Tom has mentioned on at least a couple of occasions that his son, Scott Tom, still owns AP. Explain.

    So are we going to get complete listing of all transactions from all accounts that had transfers with verified superuser accounts? Are we going to get an explanation of why brainwashedodo had information valuable enough to blackmail with? Are we going to get and explanation of why instead of full disclosure UB continues to cover their buts just enough to sweep up the latest drama bombs under the rug. All they do is continue to do damage control rather than spilling the beans (hi beenie you stool pigeon) on everything that has happened?

    Maybe I am missing something..But IF he had info valuable enough to Blackmail..wouldn't he have been paid off and never posted the info to begin with?? Just my 2 cents

    Why you are protecting cheaters?

    Why you are associated with a company who simply refuses to disclose information about fraud?

    Or rather than actually answer some questions, maybe you can take the UB Corporate Line and:
    -Answer a question with a random statement that has nothing to do with the actual question
    -Refuse to disclose ANYTHING until it has been PROVEN by 2+2'ers
    -Ignore everybody and everything and hope it all dies down/goes away

    yeah if he is blackmailing UB that just means the information is good enough to be worth something. how many times can she blatantly lie to the poker community saying that the problems were in the past with the "old management" and that everything has been disclosed and rectified. yet every few weeks something new pops up that the "new management" is trying very hard to hide.

    Annie is a figurehead, she doesn't have the authority to confirm or deny anything. Hell , we don't even know for sure this is Annie responding, it could be some UB corporate double-talking stooge, sounds like it at least.

    if im wrong then let me know, but pretty sure the new ub is a friend of the old ub. Plus russ hamilton funded -fred- which in turn funded a superuser. All other names seem to be clear atm.

    At this point why would anyone even care what UB says or does or anyone working for UB?

    I find it interesting that the assumption is that because I did not respond to EDub imediately that I was dodging the issue rather than that I was out hiking with my children, which is in fact the case.

    At any rate, I will say it again, the management at UB is a new one. As for the stuff being posted on 2+2 I should let UB respond to that not me since I am not a spokesman on this issue and have no interest in being one. That being said, I have no idea how anyone thinks anything on 2+2 implicates the new management. I have read through it and as far as I can see no one in current or recent management at UB is even mentioned there.
