I have often thought about this when playing live (especially deep if larger denomination chips are hidden or players have dirty stacks)
When contemplating calling someone's push and you ask for a chip count, what happens if:
1. player who pushes, mistakenly or purposely, gives you a lower count than he really has-if you call, is he held to the number he gave you
2. same question, but the dealer gives you the wrong chip count
