  1. Most of us have seen the article in the Seattle Times about the WA Gambling Commission warning the Seattle Times about publishing it's poker column ( http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm...6_danny15.html ). Here is a quote from the article:

"It's what the feds would call 'aiding and abetting,' " says the director of the state's gambling commission, Rick Day. "Telling people how to gamble online, where to do it, giving a link to it that's all obviously enabling something that is illegal."

Here is a section from the WA gambling FAQ:

"You cannot advertise or solicit Washington State citizens to gamble online..."

I was thinking tonight: Does this mean that wearing my pokerstars.com t-shirt in public is now a felony??? Given what they've said so far, you would think it is.

Wow. Talk about a collision with the 1st ammendment.

I'm going to a Sunday Holdem tournament at Diamond Lil's in Renton WA tomorrow. I think I'll wear my PokerStars.com t-shirt and commit a felony.
  2. I am calling the cops.
