  1. Dealing $5/$10 Limit. Player A has been at the table for at least an hour when I sit down to deal, constantly asks what the action is to him, and has already tried to push all-in for $200. The whole concept of a structured limit game seems to have blown his mind.

    4 players capped preflop.

    Flop: JQK

    Player A raises, capper reraises, two folds, Player A calls.

    Turn: K

    Player A raises, other player raises, Player A calls.

    River: 2

    Player A checks, other player raises, Player A calls.

    Player A shows 107

    Winner: "Why did you call the river?"
    Player A: "I wanted to see what you had, and I thought maybe the board might play"
