    go to Argosy Casino the action there is very good - you can get hooked up with home games there too

    About Argosy, what type of tournament, or SNG structure they usually have? Any suggestions on time/date?

    I am from N. KY and there is a lot to play around the area. Both Argosy and Belterra have nice cardrooms. Belterra actually has a $1/2 game where Argosy is slightly higher in stakes. Both have tourneys although I have heard the structure is not that great. If you are looking for homegame tourneys-check out www.meetup.com and do a search for "poker". There are 3 groups in the area: The Cincinnati Poker Meetup which usually has games in Mason and S.Lebanon, The Northern Cincinnati Meetup with plays out of Fairfield and Hamilton, and the Northern KY Poker Meetup that has games in Northern KY.

    I'm 40 mins. north of Cincy in Dayton. I'm also a member of meetup.com

    Never been to Belterra but Argosy has terrible structure for their tournaments IMO.

    Good luck in finding a nice game around the area.

    If u dont mind the hour and half ride to louisville the caesars is the best. For shorter ride belterra second then argosy.

    Argosy has a $60+10 M-TH and I think they have $100+10 on Sundays. The $60+10 you start with $2K and blinds start at 25/50 with 20 minute levels. They also have $1/3 NL and $2/5 NL which are very juicy. If you play for a long time they're always down to throw ya a free hotel room.
