Any interest in picking a horse or 2 for the ftops 2 day(event40) or the main event?

    we havent done 1 of these in a while and it would be a sik sweat for either of the 2. especially the main event, where each horses entrant would count for the sweat. so u can pick 3 players and have up to 18 entrants to watch. That would make for a hell of a sweat!!!

    so is there any interest in this. i was thinking something like being able to pick up to 3 horses for the 2 day event anywhere from $100-$500 buy in(we could do multiple tiers of this aswell)

    buyins could be $50+5 lev 1, lev 2 $250+5, lev 3 could be $500+5? adding $5 so we could get some1 to manage/update the race.

    everything is negotiable .this is just some #'s to getthe idea going.

    also i do'nt have any intention of holding the money. we will have to find some that we all agree too.

    lets do this!!!

    horses and $$$ will have to be picked and payed at the very latest of 1 hr prior to the start of the event.

    when u know your horses you will have to make a new post w/the names of them and u will not be able to edit that post at all. editing the post of ur horse picks will forfeit ur bet. unless u change it b4 the tourney starts. but i will make a new fresh thread once we get some interest and some to hold the $$$ and some1 to manage update the thread

    once tournament starts, u cannot edit ur post w/ ur horsepicks!!!

    looks like most interest is for the main event which is fine w/ me.

    100 is a bit much for me but if we can knock level one down to 50 I'd def be in. I'll keep checking throughout the next couple days.

    that is definately doable.

    we could do
    lev 1 $50 buy in
    lev 2 $200-$300
    lev 3 $500-$600

    with $5 perplayer /tier going to the manager/updater

    & capped at up to 18 ponies total (being 3 horses w/6 buy ins) for the main event .

    if 1 or 2 or all 3 of ur horse's doesnt buy in for full 6 times, u cannot pick another horse to make up for the empty slots.

    so i'd recommend picking some1 buying in 6 times rather then some only buying in twice.

    main point is that its capped at 18 total chances at winning.

    so u would be able to do a 1,2,3,4,5,6, etc finish if ur horse's last that long

    wow that was way to complicated, Just make it where you pick two names period. If they have multiple entries so be it.

    Yeah I agree I just like picking 2-3names and however entries they have go with it. Chances are all the big dogs are entering the max anyways rite? I'm in for the 50 if we establish that.

    i was jus making suggestions.we could do it where u could only pick 2 players and all of their entrants counts.

    nice,lets get this some attention and get a bg prizepool going.
    i will be in for all 3 levels.

    i will also make a list on top in the op of interested ppl. so plz say what levels u will be taking part of.

    also would like some1 reputable to hold the money and still looking for some1 to update/ manage the thread when it gets going.

    we will also have to fig out what and how many places r paid, but it will be dependant on the # of entrants.

    i think 9 or less would be winner take all

    10-20 would pay 2 spots at 70/30

    and every 10 places add a pay slot? and break down payscale?

    thoughts?

    basicly what is going on is u choose 3 horses for the main event.

    all of those horses entrants will count for the last longer.

    so u would be able to win all the prize $$$$ for what level u bet at if ur picks go deep.

    you should also be able to pick yourself. so if u pick yourself and buy in 6 times, u have 6 chances + the other 2 horses 6 buyins/entrants count towards the bet.

    if u happen to choose a horse or 2 that only buys in 4 or 5 times, that is all that will count.
    you will not be allowed to pick another horse to fill up the full potential of 18 chances.

    if 1 of ur horses only buys in for 2 at the start, but then buys in for the remianing 4 thru the tourny, all of those entrants will count.

    18 chances total for u to place/ win the bet(which is a last longer amongst the horses)

    there is 3 levels to participate in. u can do this at the $50 level, or the $250 level, or the $500 level, or all 3.

    Is it first come first serve for horses at your level of buy in? I would assume so.

    Can I multi account this? ;)

    Interested in the $50, really would like it to be $100 but, heh. I will check later to see the progress and where to ship. I have three names in mind...I hope no one chooses them.

    prob have to get the entire list of all paid entries and then do a draw of order to pick players, if its first come first serve then it will stop filling as all the good players are picked

    once a horse is picked, they can still be picked by another person in the bet.there could possibly be some people w/ a couple of the same horses. in which case the prizepool would be split amongst the bettors if they were the last 2 left or tied for a pay spot.

    i could just set 1 level at like $300, but i fig this could be fun and work out for every1 w/ 3 different buy ins.

    i plan on picking different horses for every level i play

    you choose 3 horses, then you pick what leve lu want to bet at.

    u can play all 3 if you'd like to.

    when we find a holder for the $$$, the picks & $$$ must be shipped and decided no later then an hr b4 the tournament starts at the latest.

    also if u r interested in doing this, plz post what levels you'd like to play at so we can get an interest list going to attract more ppl
