    Played the tourneys there many times. Many are local coastal people with no
    lifes but poker. Many of em seem stuck/desperate so it can be easy pickins.
    Watch for the Brother-in-Law poker =/
    There are also a few great players but not many

    I've never played in any of their series, but I have played several of their regular tournaments. Their structures aren't the best but the competition is SO weak compared to online. For example, I am often the only person at the table who will put in a three bet with out AA or KK. People will blind down to 3BB stacks, or open/limp a 10bb stack and fold to a raise. That sort of thing. Just don't try to bluff them.

    Their 1/3 NL cash game is super soft.

    I imagine the series games will be tougher, but I doubt they're any worse than a $10 MTT on FTP.

    Im at U of O too. Prob won't make it to the series though, too much going on. Holding out til the WSOP and Venetian deepstacks.

    only turnament worth playing might be the saturdays main but every weekend they hold a 5-10 nl game no max buy in tends to be pretty good game but usually all regs with good cash game skills.. but hey u are a pro right?

    Ive gone up for that in the past but this year they changed it quite a bit. I dont remember the exact schedule and haven't read that pdf, but I remember there only being 3 days of events as opposed to like 2 weeks or whatever it was in the past.

    I wouldnt waste your time. They cut the guarantees if iirc. Im taking this week off before WSOP starts next week otherwise I may have headed up there for that. Do you guys ever play in Eugene? I heard theres a card club or something there.

    BOOM nice miniftops bink..........ya there a lot of poker in eugene almost to many poker rooms.I can think of 6 of the top of my head..but there are 2 that are pretty good.

    I play in a home game wendsdays thrusdays wendsday is 20-40 limit thursday 2-5 nl in portland by far the juicest game ive ever been to not to mention the most legit safe place ive played as far as a home game goes. in a private suit with food and top shelf liquere pm me if u are intersted
