  1. What is you're ROI%?

    I have played approximately 2100 SNG's from $6.50-$27.00 and I am maintaining at 15%

I am curious to see where others sit after the same amount or more games played.

  2. I play under AJAMBONE on stars.

As of lately, I am usually 5 tabling $6.50 turbo's.

Included in the 2100 SNGS is $11 HU and $16 & $27 turbo's as well.

  3. I saw ur stats...very impressive. Why you still playin the $6's ? I played about 500 of them, and already on the $16's...too bored with the lower limit and the play is just as bad.

We'll see where the $500 BR goes, i know its small for the $16's but I'll try it out.
  4. before the Empire/party split a few years ago I was +23%

after the split it was a steady decline to -10%. I no longer play SNGs except to remember what it feels like to get kicked in the nuts.

  6. I have a fulltime Job and usually cash out money as my BR starts to get larger. This is the main reason I have not moved on to bigger buy ins. Also, I kinda wanted to see where about I stood in the ROI% land before moving up. I have been playing poker for years though (and actually have written some articles one being on this site) and almost feel embarrassed that I am not sitting atleast at the $16 level.

p.s. Mase, what's ur screen name on stars?

  8. Oh i hear ya. Well 2k Sng's is more then enough to know you're a solid player obv. Been mixing $6.50's and $16's as of late, doing pretty well for the most part. I just couldnt take multi-tabling the $6.50's any longer haha

oh, screen name is 'Yes That Guy' on stars
  9. come on, I thought there would be atleast a few guys/girls over 2K SNGS played????

  10. not very high, my expected roi in these are like 2%

    EDIT: o i thought u meant $2,000 dollars+

  11. i've played 2875 total according to sharkscope with an ROI of 22%.

I don't think it's really that impressive considering included in my sample size is everything from HU through 180s

    Jon
  12. I've got a 20% ROI over 4000 SnG's, and I mainly play $12 45 mans and $16 18 mans SnG's which r pretty soft. Keep building that roll and move up to the $16 SnG's (I used to play the $6, $3 SnG's), comp. is fairly the same.

    CW
  13. I have 2700 sngs played with an ROI of 29%. I grind pretty much anything under $11. Like some of you, I've always wanted to move up levels, but as my bankroll gets bigger online, I just end up cashing it out and continue to grind it. I don't mind the lower levels either because the players are so weak its hard not to make money at those levels.
  14. A lot of it depneds on how many you play at a time. I would say 15% is pretty good if you are playing a few tables 9 handed.
  15. Almost 6500 games with 24% roi.

Its a mix of a bunch of stuff. Proably around 2000 9 mans, 3500 18 mans, and a mix of HU, 45 mans, 180 mans. Most of those games are $16-$27 buy ins.
  16. It all depends on what type of sng you are playing. Obivoulsy with the MTT sngs your roi will be higher if you are succesful, and if you are just a 9 person mulitabler grinder then anywehre from 8-15% is considered good for the $16.
  17. ive never seen a brag thread b4.

  18. I'm only up to 1800 or so. Virtually all (say 1500) are 6 man, 200 9-10 man, and the rest whatever else. Probably 1000 of them are 3.25 6 mans, idiotic of me because by playing them and not 6.60s I've cost myself having 3x as many FPPs. Didn't even think about the effect on FPPs until I was 3 months in. So now I'm going to play mostly 6s or 13s.

18%. I'm disgusted with myself at that number, but then I see that probably 7 of 10 are in the red and don't feel quite as bad.

Still, I know what Baughman is talking about. They are a true kick in the balls, but then I go play limit and realize an even worse pain and go running home to momma SNG.
  19. Mines 40% after like 6500 games..pretty much anything $20 and under
  20. I am a 7-stud man now. Its my bread and butter. Before Empire/party split I did 500 sngs a month. Not massive volume but for me was good. I had just over 8k sngs before the split.

made nice part-time money. Then it was a very small drop at first that slowly turned into a panic and over the last year I droped like a rock.

still sitting here today trying to decide if I want to grind from nothing agian, by starting at bugsyclub and playing BBP side. or if I want to put 100 on stars and start grinding 7-stud and 1-3 buyin tourneys.

or just give up all together and focus on darts agian.
  21. 14% roi $162 avg stake past 2000 sngs.

    i run good :)

I 10-table all sorts of turbo SNG's on Stars.
  24. That freakin' gold star is the only reason I've played 2700 SNG's and now there is a big red X over it?

not quite there yet and if i keep playing the 11-180's these numbers will surely drop, i run soooooooo bad in those. But the play is so bad i can't stay away, you can push all in pre with KK and J4 sooted will call, problem is lately the J4's are winning
  26. I've played 2100 on pokerstars, almost all in the 3-6 dollar range, only been playing for about a year now, and at first i was a total donk. My ROI is 10% with a measly profit of $700
  27. i have a 22% roi after 5k sngs, but i played wayyyyy too many at the lower levels. just moved upto the 27s and have a negative roi, but i had one 8 table session where i just didnt cash, and one where i got disconnected and didnt cash, so its off. also these are off b/c of mt-sngs.

i have a bad roi at the 16s as well (like 7 or 8) but i think i only played 500 or so be4 moving up. i just quit cashing out, and im gonna try to hit the 38s by mid feb.
  28. Now all the stars/sharks/etc. are showing. I am going crazy.

  30. 13% through 1638 on FTP and 18% through 444 on stars. This is pretty much all <10$ sngs. I used this to build my bankroll and now i play limit holdem.
