anybody having better luck finding the pearljammer rizen and apestyles book??

    amazon is out of stock and all the bookstores i've checked here in nyc dont seem to have it in stock either.. i saw it on a couple other sites but wasnt sure how legit or timely they are.. anybody recommend a place to cop it at??

    Anyone have a clue how much they charge to ship to Canada?

    Why not show the shipping charge before asking for a credit card? Am I the only one that gets to that point in the order and decides not to proceed?
