I'm not complaining, I just want some feedback. Usually support responds quickly, but when I email the special wsoppayment address they basically don't respond unless I re-email support. Then I get an email which basically asks me to officially state for the record what I already clearly outlined in my original email. Then, after restating for the record, no response and it's 3 days later.... Seems like regular cashout options are easier.
I am currently in the midst of a debacle of basically having about $20K hung up in limbo from a previous cashout. stars payment processor wired my money to somewhere but not to me. They claim it went to my bank's international wire processor which is the Bank of New York, but the Bank of New York says it didn't receive it. This has been going on for two weeks, and for a week now I can't get them to find the receipt/transaction # which proves the Bank of New York received it.
They have been very helpful, and I am not worried about my money, it's just frustrating to have such incredible delays without results. I can get a confirmation receipt of the money being SENT by the processor, but not a confirmation/tracing # to give to the Bank of New York.
Anyone else having these issues, and have any other cashout solutions? Stars support is excellent, they just have some obvious adversity to deal with like all the sites do.
Thx,
Chris. -
this would be a question more for the bank then stars, but i believe bny is transitioning to chase as im sure you know... could that be part of the problem? routing numbers etc may be changing. stars might not have confirmation numbers bc if theyre trying to send a wire to an old routing number it might keep getting kicked back. i know when i tried to withdraw from epassporte i was having that problem with my bny acct bc the routing number changed for chase, so my withdrawals kept bouncing back to my epass acct. not sure if that helps at all but gl

I don't know if this is relevant br or not, but I tried to get a check sent to me last week. I live in NY, and they were having issues cashing it out, as they said they were changing "check providers". I just asked them to put it back into my account instead. I'm not sure if you could be having the same problem or not.

I am still waiting for a check to arrive from a cashout that I made on Aprl 8....I was told it was mailed the 10th but stars has prett much advised me to let them cancel the check, put the $ back into my account, and reprocess the cashout. Like you, Im not worried about my $-Im just getting tired of waiting for it.
I disagree with Cliff...all my responses (there have been A LOT) have been pretty quick-Ive never waited days. -

Any luck yet brsavage? i'm finding the same on my side. We got that email last Thursday, i immediately replied. The "expedited" process got back to me on saturday, i immediately replied with their requests. They confirmed they got my info on Sunday. And now here it is Tuesday, and the money is still sitting in my account. I have a feeling they want me to blow it all on their site.
