Anyone else have problems with Poker Tracker

    Does anyone else have problems with this POS software freezing up on them when they import tournament summaries? I mean how damn pathetic is it that this thing freezes up if you try and do something else while it is importing a tournament summary.

    And then when you email the support guy he is totally clueless and basically tells you tough luck.

    What kind of crap is that after you spend money on a product, and then it doesn't work properly.

    Does anybody know of some other software that basically does the same thing except better than that crap?

    Don't waste your money if you haven't bought it yet.

    not having any problems downloading tournament summaries or software freezes .... poker tracker is a great piece of software, not a POS ....

    learn how to use your computer properly before trashing ....

    i have that porblem if I am inporting alot of HH and I switch to something else....now when i start importing i leave my computer until it is done.

    I have a problem with it when I click a HH and the animation comes up then it freezes and closes. I also have no clue how half the stats work and what the mean. And I also dont know how to upload tournament summaries to see how much money Ive won/lost.

    Basically I need a Poker Tracker for Dummies guide so I can figure out how to use it.

    how do u use the animation so it can run an entire tournament or session? I only kno how to do it hand by hand. Can I load a bunch of HH's and let it run?
