had 1 cashout Dec 5, got it in late december and another one Dec 15, still yet to recieve it. Had an email from FTP saying they are sorry its taking so long....I dont want an apology, I want money
yall think the holiday season has something to do with this? huge amount of cashouts at the same time? -
i'm assuming your serious, but I dont see that. Why would FT email me saying sorry for taking longer than expected knowing that they wont be able to ever cash me out(if the govt had taken action as you suggest)

This is the first time I've cashed out from their site - and honestly the support they have provided on this issue has been horrendous. I was suppossed to receive my 12/15 cashout today, and all they sent was some generic canned response. I'm hoping they resolve the issue shortly and provide some sort of compensation to me for waiting outside of their timeframe. Not gonna be happy if they come back with telling me to submit my info for a paper check - which I don't understand why this is necessary since PStars doesn't ask for this...but anyways...
I am not playing on this site anymore. pokerstars for life. For a site that generates that much money in rake it is completely unacceptable for them to have these types of issues. -
it has happened before. the bank account that was paying out checks to bodog and ftp players had their acct seized this summer. numerous people's ftp checks began to bounce.

it just takes ftp a while to find/set up another bank account to be used as the new transfer account.
granted, i'm just speculating that is what happened this time, but it definitely seems plausible. -
I have been waiting since 11/16. They told me "issues with payment processor" and put the money back in my account. In the same email told me "issues have been fixed and are okay to process again". That was 3 weeks ago....

You got a $50 bonus? Thats BS. I had a withdrawal approved on the 11th of December, sent them 6 emails to support and got the same bs response every time. It ultimately took the full 15 business days to receive. Hearing this really pisses me off.

I made a check withdraw on 12/30 (because it said the eCheck was currently out of order) and it got here in 7 days. So something tells me it's a bank issue and not a holiday rush issue.

echecks in general suck cashed out 1550 on stars on the 18th of December didn't get it until today but cashed out a check on FTP on december 30th and already have it today lol

Got mine in maybe 10-15 but definitely within the 15 business days. I was gonna have my account set up for bank transfers, but with others trouble I`ll just take the checks.

Requested a check 1/8 late got approved 1/9 & delivered yesterday the 12th. Paper checks FTW. Also just got an email asking if I received my check & how long it took.

Hopefully thats the same for me, I just made a cashout today via check after I had to resubmit a photo of DL since the 1st copy I had faxed didn't qualify for em to "verify" me, musta been the pic cause everything else was legible. If only the bank transfer option wasn't down right now... Made a cashout with that, the $ was in my bank account within 3 days, the 1st day I started looking for it in there...

Ya it seems a lot of people are getting 10% of their initial withdrawal as a bonus...I have gotten more then 10% for complaining so much but I only cashed out $800. Still nothing today from 12/15. Keep the updates coming!
