    just tried to login & got a pop up saying to email loinsupport@ftp, any ideas how long
    it will take to here back from them???????????

    someone may have tried logging into your account multiple times and failed.

    usually if someone tries to log in to ur acct it will provide a list of each attempt and where it was made from...1 time i pwned some brazil donk at .10-.25 for a few buyins and the next day when i log in a pop up comes up showing 8-10 login attempts and shows the country of origin...Brazil
