Anyone having issues with Cake?

    Most the day I haven't been able to connect to Cake. I've uninstalled/reinstalled like 3 times and still won't connect. Now I'm downloading their bata version even though some have said they didn't really care for that interface.

    ya since the update yesterday I havent been able to connect. i uninstalled/reinstalled twice and had a series of email with support. their support is amazing btw, they responded each time within 10 minutes, but they ended up sending my email to technical support and I still havent heard from them.

    So I installed the beta... closed out and then installed their newest version and now its connecting... LMAO! Who knows... working for me now though.

    P.S. the Beta is horrid....

    Don't know if it matters to you, but there's still no SSL on the beta skin, only the old one. http://www.pokertableratings.com/blog/2010/08/ptr-security-cake-poker-adds-ssl-skins-beta-left-out/

    The lack of players since the sportsbook.com defection is killing Cake. If a tournament doesn't have a guarantee, it gets canceled.

    Site is running ultra slow right now. Very annoying. Taking about 3-4 for every hand. Got $20 into a $10 rebuy and just ready to turn it off.

    Yeah I'm having a problem with Cake, it's their pathetic tournament schedule and guarantees.
