This is about the only one I know of, it's pretty decent.
http://www.tourneymanager.net/
Other than that, good ol' spread sheets. -
Sowers friend posted a good spreadsheet
http://www.pocketfives.com/9FB3E8A0-...CAAAD9DF0.aspx
He included an explanation of how to use it further down, so read through the whole thing. -
I have a program which I wrote myself which was initially for basic ring games,
but then I modified it for tournements which is more difficult because it's
not easy to track profit/loss as in ring games. I mean for a start you usually
don't even get to the final table!! However you can see how loose/tight and
playin style from it. I don't play much SNG but I could easilly modify it for that,
the history files are pretty much the same, however some info like buy in's
and prize structure is likely missing.
However having said that I don't use it much, I mean knowing a player is very
loose if not much help if he actually has pocket AA :O)
I won a 1400 player freeroll without it so I can manage without it!! -
spreadsheets ftw

lol, That's why you just use Tourney Manager and click import.
You can download it for free to see if you like it. The demo version is limited to 50 HH though.
I think you'll be pleased :) -
poker spreadsheet for idiots: here(unrar with winrar, enable macros).. fill in how much the games cost and how much the juice is on tab1, as well as ur results. tab 2 gives all your glorious stats.it also imports from PokerTracker.
