    Whatever you needed, just say it into a glass bottle, put the cap on, and throw it in the ocean. Come back one week later your bottle will be there with their response..

    I had the same problem...finally sent them an email threatening to post how bad they were on this forum and they responded within a half an hour.

    The last time I dealt with them I started adding insults about the slowness of support. Each email was responded to within 2 hours. Surprised the hell out of me. LOL

    Loool kevin.. FTP replies back to my emails in a pretty fast manner as most of my emails are bitching about how rigged my account is to lose.

    Anything else such as asking them to add this or that to the site never gets answered.
