  1. I use hotkeys when I play on stars, but lately my hands and wrists have been killing me after medium length sessions (3-4 hours). My setup is about as ergonomic as I think I can make it, but the repetitive pressing of keys just doesn't seem to agree with me. I even switch from left hand to right hand about every hour without much luck.

Does anyone use a controller (combined with hotkeys) to play poker? Like something similar to a PS3 controller? I haven't gotten around to actually hooking my PS3 controller up to my computer (I've read that it's not very straightforward) and am not sure where I can find information on how to map the buttons using the AHK script that I downloaded.

    Any advice?
  2. I have done at times. I downloaded:

    http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...-2-Mouse.shtml

and assigned each button on the controller a keyboard button (I used the F1-F12 keys). Then I downloaded:

    http://www.autohotkey.net/~Xander/PokerPad/

and changed the keyboard buttons they used to the "F" button I wanted and programmed one of the joysticks so I could still use it to move the controller.

There may be better ways to do it all but this worked for me and was pretty simple to set up.

hello! the buttons should be joy1, joy2, etc... use that testscript to figure out which buttons are which. glglgl
  4. tyty - I'll give that a shot when I get home.

it's gonna take too much effort to hook up a PS3 controller to the computer. Especially if you can just go to a store and pick up a USB controller for $10-20.
