For maintenance reasons, the ability to add, remove or change poker site names will be down until Monday, May 20 at 09:00 AM (GMT - 6:00). Thanks for your patience.

  1. As far as upper management I would agree they were not. But whoever had access to putting together that new ap 8.0 interface that came out days before this was def in the know.
  2. looking through these hh's I would have to assume that the RNG is legitimate and the "superuser" wasnt able to see the next cards to be dealt. But this is DEFINATELY cold hard evidence that the "superuser" could see every opponents hole cards.
  3. this is very gross
  4. haha wasnt that the code for Sonic the Hedgehog

  5. So with that obvious writing on the wall one interesting question would be: How did he do it ?

    1. Someone on the inside( at AP) reading the cards to him over the phone or something.
    2. Snooper software inside the APs network grid.
    3. Faulty server software sending out card info to all clients, that he somehow found a way to decrypt and read on the client side. (ie everybody gets it but some have found a way to read it)

My guess would be 3...since it also to some extent could explain why Marco got a hand history that shows everything.
  6. yeah. I also want to know the answers to these questions. because this will lead to the answer to a more important question: could the same things be done to stars and FTP?
  7. In other words, we have determined with reasonable certainty that it is impossible for any player or employee to see hole cards as was alleged. There is no part of the technology that allows for a “superuser” account, and there is no way for any person to influence the game software to their advantage. We base this finding on a thorough security check on a technological level, coupled with a thorough investigation of hand histories including those that did not go to a showdown.
A ‘super-user’ account does not exist in our software. Absolute Poker was created by poker players who value security and fair play. The back-end of the Absolute Poker software prevents the possibility of any such feature. Our game client only receives data regarding an individual’s hand and no other player hole cards are ever visible – by anyone – except in the event of a showdown.

My favorite parts of their statement. Seriously, not only are they lying thieves, but they are retarded too.
  8. Absolute Poker never divulges personal information about our players nor do we make public any hand information that did not go to a showdown, ever.

This one sentence put me on such life tilt I spent hours to make this file easier to read then the one they sent me.
  9. LOL
  10. Fucking POTR0AST made that whole HH difficult to read. I kept mixing up the two screenames.
  11. Seriously man, you deserve first place money but I have a feeling that line is going to be long from the fallout over all of this. Anyone who plays there just based on principle (not even taking security into consideration) is an idiot.
  12. VOMIT

  14. Fucking POTR0AST made that whole HH difficult to read. I kept mixing up the two screenames.

Glad I'm not the only one.

PUKE at all this bullshit. I had started to play on Absolute like 3 days before this all got out and as soon as I heard about it I got the fuck out of dodge.
  15. i want to thank Marco and Waco for taking the time to post this and share it with us all. now i think it's time everyone emails AP and tells them what they think about it starting w/an email and followed by a withdrawing any $ they have there...
  16. So did they freeze his account? What is happening? They denied everything?
Cant see anyone playing on this site anymore. Thanks for going thru this trouble for us to see. No Question that he seen the cards. No doubt about it.

I like how when marco had the second pair nine and the dude didnt try to blow him off his hand suspecting marco would call. That was a classic HH i think. He knew he didnt have top pair but he was scared marco would call anyway...lol

I hope everyone gets their money back and this guy is fucked royally...keep us posted.
    Im scared..Imahomo

  17. Nicley done! On it all-ready.
  18. I think thats a pretty good theory. It did all happen right around the time of the new ap 8.0 interface right?

apestyles is an instructor at PocketFives Training . To get more of his advice and to watch his training videos, click here.

  19. gg AP. UB soon to follow?
  20. If the admins at AP know shit about poker and went over those hand histories they have to know that POTRIPPER was able to see all of his opponents hole cards. And to have a press release that blatantly contradicts their actions. What a fucking mess. Everyone at that ft should recieve compensation, I also hope they catch everyone responsible.
  21. Its sick that they can say they went over the whole HH of the 1k tourney and found no evidence of fraud. Its 100% certain he can see everyone holes cards. This site is in trouble.
  22. in all honesty, and despite his poor hand selection, he did make some pretty sick reads.
  23. Yea, I dont't see what the big deal is either... I mean I woulda snap-called with 10 9 on that final hand too... 10 high with no draw and one to come is the stone nuts against Marco obv

  24. maybe he's just really good and you are all jealous
  25. GG ABSOLUTE

  27. fck this is crazy shit, hacking piece of shit someone get the dudes home addy lol
  28. yea for real....ty marco and waco, im sure that shit took forever to put together (esp deleting the antes and stuff)

how do we know there arent super accounts on other sites....

i saw someone making some sick calls on bodog, about a week ago, that would never make sense and i was automatically thinking and accusing them of being a super account (because of this incident) and every told me i was just paranoid (probably was)...and i think it is affecting my play.....lol

    gg internet poker
  29. i don't even know what to say..............
  30. If this was to come out and AP said someone was able to run a program that calculated the out come of the players hole cards. Then all the sites that run that particular card generator are at risk. I would be very surprised is a random guy at home or in a office of some sort was actually able to see there cards and did not work for AP. To be able to hack into a system and see everyone at the table cards would be a great accomplishment.
