1. Alright guys, so I usually deposit funds on AP for the big Wednesday tournaments and made approximately $3800 in deposits over the course of 2 weeks. For whatever reason, a $300 deposit did not clear from my bank account. Subsequently, I got an e-mail saying that the check was returned and the funds deducted from my account.

Nothing was said to me and my thinking is that we were square on the matter and since they took back the $300 we were good. I would have happily made another deposit to clear the $300 difference if they were to say anything was wrong. Well after quite a terrible run(I just play bad) there was $372 left in the account, and I log on to play today and my balance says -$300. So not only do they confiscate $372 dollars, but they also say I owe them $300. I'm just terrified what would have happened had I actually scored big.

I'm on hold as we speak, but this can't be the right way to do things. They get a $672 profit from this situation if I decide to pay them back the $300.
This is basically what they say:

General Support:Thank you for holding. I'll be with you in just a moment. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
General Support: The reason why you cannot deposit is because you have an account on Absolute Poker with a recovery balance of $300 which you need to cleared out
General Support: Once you have done that you are going to be able to deposit
Me:No, Absolute took $300 out of my accoutn already
Me: when I had a balance of $3800 they took out $300 and sent me an email telling me they took out the $300 from my cash balance
]Me:now they are trying to take out an additional $300
General Support: Unfortunately you have a negative balance of $300 because there was a charge back on an echeck. You deposited and you had winnings of $372 which we removed from your account until you clear this account because you earned them with money that you did not pay
General Support: In this case please call the Recovery Department at 1-866-253-3268 and they will assist you providing the proper information regarding the Negative balance in your account.
Me: so you removed $372 to recover $300? that makes no sense
Me: I had over $3500 in deposits that cleared around the same time
]General Support: The $372 are winning you made with our money
Me: look at the deposit history and you will notice that I had over $3500 in deposits that cleared
Me: one did not clear due to bank error and you take away $372?
General Support: As I said before, please feel free to contact the Recovery Department to the toll free umber provided, we are the Deposit Center
]Me:plus make me pay back $300?
General Support As I said before, please feel free to contact the Recovery Department to the toll free umber provided, we are the Deposit Center
General Support: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Me: I am calling right now, this is not right

2. doesn't look right imo

Edit: looks better now.

From what I'm reading it sounds like the $372 will be put back once the issue with the $300 is cleared.

They have no history of doing wrong by their customers, so I'm sure everything will work out fine.

Yeah, you were right...I couldn't get a hold of them for 2 hours, and was very frustrated. Everything has been corrected and has been made right.

Mods, feel free to delete at this time if you wish.

THanks.

4. Get ready for some grade A bullshit I had a very similar situation and they gave me the runaround good and said I'd get my money back once I redeposited. I decided to take a small hit so I don't give them a couple hundred more only to see my balance go to 0 and the amount I had in their previously which covered the amount I owed slightly to b all of a sudden missing and they know nothing of it
