A couple problems:

1. The software freezes when i open the tourny lobby and all ap windows turn white, it doesnt happen everytime, prob 1 out of 3, its annoying to have to restart AP

2. when seats 1 or 9 bet an odd amount (ending in 999, or others like it) there wager blocks there remaining chip count, this is very annoying

This! Also can you fix ultimatebuddy so it refreshes automatically even when it's not highlighted?

It is the simplest fix ever..... the old UB interface prior to the merger was the best software on the net few will argue simply bring back the old UB interface.....

i don't want to have to click ok for you guys to take me to my table when playing n mtt just simply fire the table up for me once the tourney starts. thx

Folks, this thread is to help UB/AP improve their software client--not to complain about other aspects of their business. Please keep the thread on topic and post about your other issues in one of the many hundreds of related threads...

i agree with dscroggs... bring it back.

I am a mac user and have the downloaded version. Is it possible to fix the software so that it plays like the pc version, as far as animation is concerned. Both the full tilt and pokerstars mac versions are identical to the pc versions. It would make the play a lot more enjoyable, being that the BIGGEST problem is that the animation is too fast. Also, player VBILLER, needs to be made a pro. thank you

So, this is the list of items that I have read through. Some notes on them as well:

Most suggested to least suggested in this thread:

1. Refresh Rate (lag): We have our Development team working on this and it is a high priority.

2. Auto Top Off/Default Buy-in: We are researching this feature and seeing what the it will require to develop.

3. Time Banks(Ring Games & Tournaments): Looking at improving the current time bank on our tournaments. Will look into ring game time banks.

4. Enhanced Lobby Filters: Researching adding new options to our current filter to be more specific. On a side note, our "Join Waiting List" has been enhanced and will look to do something similar with our filters.

5. Tournament Pop-Up: I believe this feature has been fixed and should pop-up any tournaments once they being. However, I will look at removing the feature where a player must click 'Ok' to be taken to their seat, so that the client just takes the player to their seat.

6. Disable Animation: I will talk to developers and see what kind of requirements it would take to disable animation.

7. Displaying complete Stack Size: I will work with Creatives so that all numerical values display during play.

8. Ultimate Buddy Refresh: I will see if I can work this into the refresh rate that is being looked at for the lobby.

9. Color Dots for Note Taking: I will see if we can bring this feature back or a feature similar to it.

10. Best Hand Display: I will need to confirm, but I do know that our "Free Money" tables will inform you what hand you are currently holding. I will need to confirm that this feature is on "Real Money" Tables from a player that plays on real money tables.

11. MAC Client vs PC Client: We are working on improving the MAC Client so that it has all the same features that our PC Client has. Features will be added at a steady pace.

12. Sound Efftects: I will research other sites and discuss this with our Developers.

13. I will look at the "Fold to any bet" but I just tested it on the 'fun money' table and it did not fold me when players limped into the pot and came back around to me at the BB.

14. I will ask our tournament manager to look at your request for smaller satellite buy-ins to the bigger tournaments.

Hi John..i have a couple suggestions:
add a $7 6 player max double shootout to say a $215 MTT, or even a $130 MTT to the satellite/sngo section.
Also, it would be nice to have some single table Sit and Gos that are between the current $10 and $20 you have now, for the people who arent quite ready to make the jump all the way from $10 to $20 sit and gos.
....and if possible, check about the option to unregister from tournaments that we won entry to via satellite.

I think this is a glitch in your client software that should be addressed

This EXACT Same thing happened to me when i was deep in the nightly 8k. Very frustrating

I will pass along suggestions to our tournament manager. I only work with the client though, so I can not give you details regarding the exact status of your suggestions but I will pass them along.

I do welcome all suggestions and will try and direct those suggestions to the right department.
