I may be wrong, but I can't find a single post where anyone attacked BRSavage for not liking cheating. I think we can all agree that cheating is bad.

Some went after BR for stating that FoT was JJ without providing enough evidence to back up that claim. Indeed, BR made an accusation without providing proof. When you make an accusation without enough evidence, people are going to call you out. (You are getting the same backlash because you are doing the same thing)

I also think that since FoT had been a positive member of this community, people backlashed against BR for his stance against him, feeling that it was unprovoked. To some, BR seemed to have a vendetta against FoT and felt that he was on a witch hunt.

Before anyone misconstrues my post as anti-BR, it is not. I was just trying to provide an explanation of why I think some went after BR. I've disagreed with BRSavage over several issues in the past (mostly in OT/political views), but I respect him greatly. I fully agree with you that he holds the integrity of poker dear to his heart, and I wish him the best. I know that this community frustrates the shit out of him sometimes, but I'm glad he's a part of it.

FoT was part of JJ's crew if he was indeed a different person. I do not believe he was a different person. Any of you ever met FoT in person? I don't think anyone can correctly say FoT was a positive member of this community without knowing who he really is.
