And due to his frustration he says he won't try again.
I suppose this is good for you live pros who might otherwise have to compete against Terrance b/c I think Terrance is an excellent player. But the flip side is that this is potentially troubling as it might keep fishy pros from other countries out, as well.
PS - I'm not angling to make this a poltical discussion. I just thought it was interesting that a guy like Chan, who is well known in the poker community, was having such a hard time visiting the US. -
It's frustrating, especially for him that he cannot get in but I chalk it up as the bad variance of US immigration. They are trying to keep X amount of people out by extra screening and they are bound to turn away many good, qualified individuals that should be allowed entry. It's kind of sickening but I believe he just got extremely unlucky.
