  1. I sent them this:

I love AP, it's my favorite site and always has been. I probably put in
about 20-30 hours a week playing sngs. It's really unfortunate what
you guys are going through with the potripper superaccount fiasco. I
have seen the HH and I'll tell you, I agree with the entire online poker
community that 100% he could see everyone's cards. I will paste about a
hundred select hands outlining the cheating at the end of this email.
I realize you guys are at the edge of armageddon here with this
thing, and it may very well have seemed like a good idea to deny it
and tell people you did an investigation blah blah.
Taking that stance, however, when an entire community of smart poker
players have access to the HH just puts you guys in a much worse
position. People now are saying AP is in on it or some higher ups knew
etc which I don't believe, but this is what perception is going to devolve
to since your response was obviously less than truthful.
I really hope you guys can get through this because, as I said, AP is
my favorite site. For now, or until you guys can come up with a good
demage control strategy that includes ***admitting there was a
breach*** and fixing the issue, I will have to play elsewhere.
    Good luck.

    and got this response:
    Thank you for contacting us.

We can understand your frustration. We spent a lot of time and
resources dedicated to ensuring the integrity of Absolute Poker. Our
shuffling system has been audited by an independent accounting firm and has been
deemed infallible. In order to protect our players, we frequently
review the shuffling system to maintain its accuracy and to monitor
its security. The integrity of a poker room (particularly online) is
    necessary
for success. It is of paramount importance to us for our system to be
true and correct. We assure you that it is.

There is no deck of cards shuffled as thoroughly as the Absolute Poker
algorithm shuffle. Each game, the deck is shuffled 10 times with each
shuffle moving each card somewhere between 1 and 51 times throughout
the deck (10 passes at Knuth's full shuffle algorithm). It is absolutely
    fair and unpredictable.
  2. They'll never admit it.

  3. LOL @ responding soley about the RNG. Clueless retards.
