    Don't know if its already been mentioned but what a sick article. Ican really reflect on what hes saying here about instinctive thoughts/actions.

    This is a very very good article. Very well though out as well. It is something that I have just(last few months) begun to do. You will truly see much better results if you slow things down and evaluate the facts in front of you..Doesnt mean you still don't reshove that 3bet from the small blind when you think he is making a play on your button raise...but it does help in a number of different situations in each tournament you play.
