    i just received a check from them that they owed me and deposited it into [bank name edited]. they then canceled the check and returned it to the [bank name edited] bank or whatever the fuck it is because THE [bank name edited] BANK HAD INSUFFICIENT FUNDS TO SUPPORT the check. so now im shafted 100 bucks because i cant deposit it... any ideas/suggestions?

    ftp will email you returning the amount of the check into your account plus an amount of $ to compensate for the inconvenience

    I e-mailed FTP last night with an "URGENT: Payment Issue" tag since this occurred with my check as well I deposited on Monday. I am still awaiting a response as I sent this e-mail to FTP last night. I'm sure they are probably sifting through a lot of this e-mails but I will post back with anything that may be public that you need to do to get your money back (by either crediting your FTP account or with a new check).

    PM me if you hear anything about this. I want to make sure I get my money as it's more significant to me as I need to pay bills and I did my budget with the check amount factored in already because the check cleared and everything, then got ripped back out of my account!!!

    Hopefully FTP can find a better processor as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me!

    I do all my cashouts on ftp. They get to me in less then a week. The two times I tried pstars it took them almost a month and im currently waiting on the 2nd as we speak (one week today)

    i withdrew about a week and a half ago from FTP and received an email about 3 days ago telling me not to cash the check...for that i got the funds put back into my account + $250 given to me to compensate for it...goooo FTP

    Sick brag about having a bank account because you haven't over drafted checks for online poker leading to a suspension in checksystems.

    Been cashing out via check for years now ever since Neteller, never once had a problem on any site whether it be Cake, stars, Full Tilt, UB, not one problem.

    Friday I get my check from FTP courier status (which fyi is great...2day air for those of you who haven't noticed it yet) the check is from a B of A account in FL which I'd assume is a good thing? My bank wouldn't take the check without a 11 day hold. Now this might seem normal to some but remember I do this for a living and have never ever had a problem cashing them, they ran the check said no history of it was in the system and that I had not made any similar deposits in my account history that they can see (LOOOOL), asked me all kinds of questions. I ended up having to go to B of A and cash it then bring it back and deposit.

    Maybe this is coincidence or maybe banks are bout to start tightening up quite a bit with Dec. 1st deadline looming. Hopefully the former(ty)

    How do you set up a bank wire? Do you have to notify your bank first or just have FTP have your bank account?

    just use bank transfers (not premium wires, those have a bank charge)

    okay so just that my deposit last week was charged back to my account...yep blows, Bday money. Emailed full tilt immediatedly, anybody got anywhere with this yet. If so how did you end up gettin your money, another check or wha?

    I requested a check on Thursday.. Its says 24-48 hours to process it. Still in processing. I emailed them to basically say put it back in my account ill play and lose it I dont care. No response on either.
