  1. We are approaching the bubble, about 130 people left out of 350. My stack is right around the average. Everyone at the table is pretty much a random, as I spent the previous couple of minutes disconnected and came back to a new table. The button has opened once this orbit and took the pot down pre-flop. No reads on the SB whatsoever, other than his big stack.

There are no reasonable draws on the board. AA and 77 are highly unlikely, given my hand. So, the only things he could imaginably have that beat me are AJ and JJ. Do I have to trust that he holds one of those, puke and fold here?

  2. I deff not flatting oop pre with a7 os vs 2 players fold pre. As played its deff a puke spot really dont see anyone playing ak aq like this in a 3way pot so its either aj of 77 fold.

But how often does a SB just flat with AJ, JJ or even 77 after the button raise? I'd say 95% 3-bet that spot. Wouldn't you say there's a reasonable chance that he's just a donk, shoving something like J7 or Ax? This is $4.40 cubed we're talking about, not the $100R.

people spazz here all the time in these lower stakes w/ a lot of aces, not just ak and aq. i think i am insta snap calling here vs random donk in a 4.40

if anyones at all familiar with the quality of players in the $4^quad night tournament, this just cant be a fold to a single three bet on a rainbow board with 2 pair. never ever ever ever ever fold here.
  6. check/flat/shove on the flop feels like he's got a monster and wanted to get some value for down the track.

As far as range goes, I wouldn't dismiss any sets, regardless of your A7... But as stated, it's a $4.40 cubed so a lot of players are spewing with any ace here.

I'm calling here. It's a def puke spot but I'm getting it in here for table chiplead
  7. Donk fest or not the way the hand played out pretty obv your behind more than not I think. You dont always assume every player is a donk. And i really dont see him flatting with a naked ace. As played It not like call the all in is a bad play but if you look at the action you cant argue your beat a lot there.
  8. I would probably suffer a finger injury hitting the call button too fast.
  9. I'm calling in a $4 all day long

High five monitor when villain rolls over A10.
  10. The 95% figure about ppl 3-betting there is all wrong. With a stack you can flat that ALL DAY.
  11. I'm folding pre but as played I'm calling all day villain could have any two with that stack imo. Don't really understand how this is close to the bubble either.
  12. Get it in. Really dont think this is a wtf spot
  13. Btw, what's so wrong with flatting on BB with A7o, having better than 6-to-1 odds after the button min-raise and a SB call?

because you put yourself into a position such as this one where you smashed your hand and now you have no idea wtf to do.....
  15. I feel like the bigger concern here should be why are u approaching the bubble when there are 130 left and u started with 350?

Ok, agreed, that was a definite exageration. I think 45 cash in that one.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, those really helped a lot. Here's the end of this sad story.
