  1. I was just wondering what my best option is say in case my internet goes out or say if the power goes out due to bad weather. I really stress about it a lot when i am in a bunch of tournaments and it tilts me beyond belief when my internet goes out. Should I purchase an internet card as backup or should i drive around the town i live in for the nearest place that has free internet. I just want to have as much control of the situation in case of an emergency. thoughts plz

  2. If you don't travel that much, don't bother buying an aircard...it'll just sit in the box. Power doesn't go out that much, and typically, I just avoid playing when I know really strong storms are coming. Just look for places close by with backup internet and don't stress bout it :p
  3. tether if u can

  4. have a friend/spouse(kayla)/parent/etc on hand in a different location to pull up tournies to play.

This would be my "back up" plan. Since it's not against tos if your internet completely goes out

  5. Just don't play. You will lose either way. Good time to pull out imo
  6. At the stakes you play, having a back-up aircard is not a bad idea.. It will pay itself the first time you are on a final table or a big spot and lose connection..
  7. It's nice to live in Finland. No blackouts, ever.

    Knock on wood.
  10. My aircard paid for itself the first time I lost internet connect. Gotta have backup internet if you're going to play hsmtts imo.
