  1. Hey Everyone!!! Ok here's the scenario.... I ship someone $10k online to stake them, and his account allegedly gets hacked and the money is now gone, before he even played a single hand. Should the person I attempted to stake be responsible to pay me back the money?? IMO, yes he should be responsible to pay me back. Curious to hear others opinions.

  4. Unless this is a close personal friend and you ABSOLUTELY believe this person, then there's no way in hell you should not hold him/her responsible.
  5. yes.. make sure he has a full investigation done by support. try and find the person who did it.

    Send another $10k.. his make up is now $20k.. but have him sign something to that effect. Maybe even drop his rate down to 40/60 until he makes it up.
