Besides what the above players said, I think that bluffing in a 5.50 sit and go is inherently -EV. I used to play these all the time and the best way to play them is betting big hands big period. Players at this level simply do not lay anything down....In additition to this they see min bets as strong and pot sized bets as weak. Wait for a good hand and raise huge. gl
