    was this a bad bluff? stupid play? besides a raise pre, was this just bottom line stupid?

    Small raise here gets you a line on villain, definitely make it 800 pre. Once he flats that, I likely check-raise either flop or turn, you want to send a message. You played this hand so weakly that he thought TT was good.
