I'd wait for a better spot. I'm not a big fan of racing preflop this early in a tournament. You still have an M of 40, a large stack. You lose half of it, suddenly you have a medium stack of 20 M. If the villains stack was like 750, tho, I'd reshove instantly.

If your M was 20 to start with, this would be an easier call (although I'd have to consider the original raiser still to act) but as it is I'd lay it down and wait for a better spot.
