well I wouldnt fold after putting >40% of my stack in
why did you 3bet so big? Surely 6-7k accomplishes the same thing. Then MAYBE you could get away from it more easily

You have two options since you're never folding this to the first raise:
1.) Make a smaller reraise to 7-8k so you aren't 100% committed / giving chips away when you fold to a reraise.
2.) Flat call the all in - even though JCRAW is last guy to act (and chip leader), 2300 is still a decent % of his stack....and if he's a thinking player, he might think you're trying to trap with a monster.
In the end I would lead towards option 1, unless JCRAW was super tight and I felt there was a good chance he was folding to the initial raise and my call.
