Bank blocking debit card, Now E-Checks as well???

    Have a friend who uses well known bank around Louisville KY and Cincinatti area and was using his debit card for a long time to deposit on stars. This quit working and he started to use E-Checks. He has used E-Checks around 20 times and recently his deposits would not go through. Has anyone else had problems with Fifth Third, and or E-checks. I thought that the banks were not blocking all transactions yet?

    I dont know about ur bank but the bank I use (different then yours) hasnt let me deposit with my card on stars in a LONG LONG time! IDK about e checks but it looks like western union or find a player to transfer with from another site?

    I have used a debit card thru my credit union for a couple of years . Tonite my deposit was refused . So I used E check for the first time and had no problem.

    why cant he use the bank name? If I used this bank I'd like to know if they are blocking transactions.
