I called and they said there is a 3% fee for all 'international' transactions. I have been depositing through the same sites and same payment processors with this bank for years and have never noticed these fees. Has anyone else noticed this the last couple weeks or even before? I would be pissed to be singled out and at the same time concerned if everyone else faced these charges..

btw I have deposited on four different sites so it's not specific to one.

    </td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table></span></span>
  2. Yea, I used to deposit via debit card at bank name deleted and got ripped 3% everytime...thats why i dont use my debit card anymore. I only play on sites that use echecks cause it goes through as an ACH transaction, which they dont charge a fee for.
  3. Win more, deposit less. Pretty easy imo.

Not everyone who plays poker wants to follow BR management. Some just like to throw "x" amount on for the day and have fun with it. We're not all aspiring pros.
  6. this is likely being caused by the new regulations that all banks have to comply with by jun 1st..... payment processors being used are probably now running charges correctly and more transparent...no more of the www.texting.com charges for poker sites...it's coming through as an international charge now and wasn't before..just a guess ....but the new laws are real...and things are tightening up...b/c the banks now are being penalized if they don't adhere to the new laws...

    more tin foil.

THe processors are based in foreign places - that's why the international charge. Obviously more processors are setup offshore now so you'll see it more.
