Bank Transfers not Available in Canada on stars...

    ....not sure if this has been posted already, but what is the deal w/ not being able to use bank transfers to withdraw funds in Canada. i got an e-mail from stars cashier support that said it was due to 'processing limitations' (huh?). those of you who dealt with this already could you make a suggestion as to an alternate method to withdraw funds that would be quick... is paper check best option? thanks

    echecks are basically just as fast as the DBT's were
