A friend wants me to back him $1k, I have no experience in bankrolling but I was thinking running it for 1 month, I get my initial investment back + 25%-33%?? He's mainly a cash player but I'll be able to track all his progress. Does that seem legit? Cuz i really have no idea what im doin.

It should be split 65%-35% your way, plus the initial investment in my opinion. If he wants more tell him when he makes you money that he can play on his own BR.
I don't really have any idea either when it come to this sort of thing, but that'sjust my opinion. -
50-50 + stakeback

And if he goes bust, does he owe me the stakeback?

If he goes bust he owes you cake...which means next time you back him and he makes profit, you get back what you lost. (assuming he makes enough profit to cover the 1k)
-
yeah that sounds legit. thanks.
