from my understanding... an average 'good- pro' player expects to earn 1-2bb's per 100 hands
right?
I'm just wondering where this info comes from?
General concensus?
Or is it just 'urban legend'
Has there been any kind of 'real' study on this subject?
Just curious -

In limit, 1-3 BB/100. In no limit, double that. Depends on the stakes -- ie you can probably sustain:
low: 3 limit, 6 no limit
mid: 2, 4
high: 1, 2
